This is an early Pegasus program, which does very effective palette reductions, among other things. It will read and save a variety of graphics file formats but not GIFs. It's freeware and definitely worth the download time, and it does nothing to the Windows 95 Registry when you install it. So far as I can tell, there's no information about it on the Pegasus website. It was still available from the Pegasus ftp site as of 10th December '97. It's easy to use and the helpfile sorts out any problems.
